Our Client ( First Party ) and B4Calling ( Second Party )



    • Recruitment:


Whereas the second party will hire Agents requested by The first party.


    • Training:


Whereas the second party will provide the proper training to newly hired   Agents to perform their task efficiently for the benefit of The first party.


    • Management:


Whereas the second party manages all Agents working for The

first party and hired by the second party.

Deliverables

    • The second party will hire any number of Agents requested by The First Party       within 1 week of notice.


    • The second party will provide 3 days training to all newly hired Agents.


    • The second party shall send a monthly reports of all the calls done during the       month.

Payment

    • Payment term: Prepaid.


    • The second party is obligated to provide all services mentioned in Services     Section before the date specified on sign up form, as long as the First     party delivers the monthly prepaid amount before the beginning of each     month.

Working hours

Both parties agree on working hours to be as follows:



    • Full Time: 8 hours/day + 1 hour Break/day ( 1 month )


    • Part Time: 4 hours/day + 1 hour Break/day ( 1 month )

Renewal and Cancellation

    • For Renewal the first party must pay for the subscription within three   business days of the new month or the service will be stopped.


    • For Cancellation the first party must notify the second party of their         intention to cancel one week in advance.
